Here's a plain-language explanation of how Invoera collects, uses, and protects your data. No legal jargon — just the facts.
This Privacy Policy applies to the Invoera mobile application ("App"), operated by Iced Pixels Studio ("we", "us", or "our"), and governs the collection and use of personal information in connection with the App. By using Invoera, you agree to the terms described in this policy.
We collect only the information necessary to provide the Invoera service. This includes:
- Account information: Your name, email address, and password when you register.
- Business information: Your business name, address, phone number, website, and logo, which appear on invoices you generate.
- Banking details: Account name, account number, and bank name you choose to store for invoice payment instructions. This data is stored securely and used only to generate invoice PDFs.
- Invoice data: Customer names, contact details, line items, amounts, and dates associated with invoices you create.
- Customer data: Names, email addresses, and phone numbers of your clients that you add to the app.
- Device information: Device type, operating system version, and app version for diagnostic and support purposes.
- Usage data: Feature interactions and crash logs to help us improve the app experience.
We do not collect sensitive personal information such as government-issued ID numbers, biometric data beyond what is processed locally on your device, or payment card details.
Your data is used solely to provide and improve the Invoera service. Specifically, we use your information to:
- Create and manage your Invoera account.
- Generate, store, and share invoice PDFs on your behalf.
- Deliver automated payment reminders to your clients.
- Provide AI-powered business insights based on your invoice history.
- Send transactional notifications relevant to your account activity.
- Diagnose technical issues and improve app stability.
- Comply with applicable legal obligations.
We do not sell your data. We do not use your personal or business information for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond delivering the Invoera service to you.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share data only in the following limited circumstances:
- Service providers: We use Supabase (database and authentication) and Anthropic (AI features) to power the app. These providers process data strictly to deliver services on our behalf and are bound by data processing agreements.
- Invoice delivery: When you send an invoice, the recipient's email address and invoice content are transmitted to facilitate delivery. You control who receives invoices.
- Legal compliance: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government authority.
- Business transfer: In the event of a merger or acquisition, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction, with prior notice given to you.
Your data is stored securely on Supabase infrastructure with industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. We implement the following measures to protect your information:
- Row-level security (RLS) policies ensure you can only access your own data.
- Authentication tokens are managed securely and expire appropriately.
- Biometric authentication (Face ID / Fingerprint) is processed entirely on-device — we never receive or store biometric data.
- Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text.
- We conduct regular reviews of our security practices.
While we take reasonable precautions, no method of data transmission or storage is 100% secure. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password and enable biometric lock for additional protection.
You have full control over your personal data. At any time, you may:
- Access your data: View all information stored in your account through the app.
- Edit your data: Update your business profile, contact details, and preferences at any time.
- Delete your data: Request complete deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us at invoera@sidneyanieze.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
- Export your data: Request a copy of your invoice data and business information.
- Withdraw consent: You may stop using the app at any time and request account deletion.

The Invoera mobile app does not use cookies. We do not employ third-party advertising trackers, behavioural analytics tools, or cross-app tracking technologies.
We may use anonymised, aggregated analytics to understand general usage patterns and improve the app. This data cannot be used to identify individual users.
Invoera is intended for use by business owners, freelancers, and professionals. The app is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.
If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at invoera@sidneyanieze.com and we will delete the information promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the app, our practices, or applicable law. When we make material changes, we will:
- Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
- Display an in-app notification informing you of the update.
- Where required by law, seek your consent for significant changes.
Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
